Pavan completed his basic schooling in Bangalore and later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. He also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.
Career
After completing his education, Pavan worked as a software developer for Samsung. He later co-founded Roppen Labs before venturing into the bike-sharing space with Rapido in 2015. His background in software development significantly contributed to creating a user-friendly app for Rapido.

Pavan faced multiple failed startups before co-founding Rapido along with Aravind Sanka and Rishikesh SR.
